How to play: Sarah shows you a key signature and plays the tonic triad — work it out yourself, the way you learned in Level 8 and Level 9! Then Sarah plays the Subdominant chord, built on the 4th note of that scale. Tap the matching notes from the 12-note keyboard, in any order, into their slots. The trick: the subdominant always matches your key's own quality — a major key gives a major IV, a minor key gives a minor iv — no raised notes to catch you out here, though watch for the classic C♭ spelling in G♭ major and E♭ minor! If the key signature has sharps, use sharp names; if it has flats, use flat names. Get every note and Sarah arpeggiates the subdominant chord, reveals the tonic triad too, and celebrates!
